DESK COPIES --
Teacher's desk copy requests should be sent direct to Curbstone Press on university stationary with full information on the course for which the title has been adopted: course title, dept., start date, number of students, etc.
EXAMINATION COPIES --
Examination copies should be ordered from Curbstone Press. We require the title be ordered and prepaid as usual. When we receive confirmation from our distributor that a course adoption order for that title has been placed, or we receive from you a copy of you bookstore's course order for that title, we will send you a full refund.
TRADE ORDERS --
All bookstore, library, & wholesaler orders must be directed to our distributor or to a wholesaler or jobber of your choice.
